Copyright is giving legal
protection to the creator of work created by yourself or company, it grants you
the exclusive right to use, adapt and distribute your own work, preventing
other people from copying or adapting it. If other companies would like to use
your work they have to state where they got it from and ask permission before
publishing, usually a fee is added paying for the use of your work.
Copyright law also states that it can be used for education purposes if:The educational establishment holds a copyright licence
All music or images used in the production are for non-profit reasons.
All music or images have the rights owned by the original artist or companies with the original sourced materials

the work must be used solely to illustrate a point;
the use of the work must not be for commercial purposes;
the use must be fair dealing; and
it must be accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgement.
If we plan to use any photos or music in our film we will make sure it is un-copyrighted and completely our own
